She had great ideas, was very patient with us, and even when we made changes, she just gave a big smile and said, no problem. I cannot say enough about Michele Strobel, she was in short Amazing! She was super responsive to all my needs through the entire planning process and made it very easy. She was also wonderful in working with our parents. . . Moms can be tough, and she handled both of them extremely well and kept me informed as the bride. That is a major skill! Loved working with her to make our day perfect! The day of staff was wonderful! They were so helpful and polite and our guests cannot say enough about the food and the service they received. The entire hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone was just really good at their job and did whatever they could to make us and our guests comfortable. We really feel like everyone went the extra mile to make us and our guest have a perfect stay.

Michele Strobel the event planner was always available and patient with emails and questions. We are so appreciative of her walking us through the steps every bit of the way. The waitstaff and banquet servers/ captains were amazing. Jen our personal server was super attentive and efficient. The stress was unnecessary because we were in good hands. I would tell future couples to relax and not worry about the small details because they will guide you in the right direction. The reception was set beautifully and the dinner and all our food was top grade- 5 star quality.

So friendly! We felt like the VIP guests. Loved the strawberries & champagne after our wedding. Thank you for allowing us a late check out to get all of our wedding things together.

It was a pleasure to work with Michele Strobel. She helped in the planning and followed through with all of my requests. Additionally, she promptly returned calls and promptly provided answers to my many questions. Requests for last minute changes were followed through with ease and assurance. The facility was beautiful and arranged exactly as we discussed. I would definitely consider the Norwich Inn if I plan another event and will be sure to recommend it to others.

Everything was overall wonderful! We did not worry about things during our event! Jo-Ann & I thank you for that. We had the best day of our lives on Sunday! It was a beautiful ceremony & reception and the food was great. Though, we would've liked to have eaten more, our guests really enjoyed it!
