KIMBERLY MCCURDY JOINS THE SPA AT NORWICH INN AS COORDINATOR OF WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

NORWICH, Conn - Kimberly E. McCurdy of Ivoryton has joined the staff of The Spa at Norwich Inn as weddings and special events coordinator. "I'm delighted to be working at The Spa at Norwich Inn. We offer each prospective bride an elegant setting, sophisticated cuisine and personal attention to detail in all aspects of wedding planning, and creative ideas to make each wedding unique," McCurdy said. "Brides and grooms who are having a wedding reception at our spa also receive a complimentary spa service as part of the package, to help them feel relaxed, rested and ready for their special day."

McCurdy comes to the Spa from Four Points by Sheraton in Meriden, where she was director of catering. Before that, she was director of operations at the Essence Center for Beauty & Wellness in Old Saybrook and catering sales manager at the Saybrook Point Inn & Spa.

She is a 1998 graduate of Alfred University in Alfred, N.Y., where she majored in business administration. She is a member of the Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
