FITNESS ASSESSMENT (50 minutes) $75
A fitness assessment provides a baseline measurement of your body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance, muscle strength and flexibility. Consider measuring your current level of fitness today.

THE TAKE HOME SESSION (50 minutes) $75
Design a fitness plan with your Personal Trainer that will achieve your goals, meet your needs and fit into your schedule.

ONE ON ONE WORKOUT (50 minutes) $75
Your Personal Trainer will guide you through a customized workout of your choice. Try a private session today.

Pricing plus applicable gratuity, service charge and sales tax.

Seasonal Devil’s Hopyard Hike:

Available Saturdays, May – November, weather permitting.

SATURDAYS (9am-12pm) $40

Join our fitness instructors each Saturday, in season, for a hike through Devil’s Hopyard State Park. This challenging 4 mile trail begins at Chapman Falls and ends 150 feet above the majestic Eight Mile River offering an expansive view of the valley below.

Pricing plus applicable gratuity, service charge and sales tax. Pre-registration is required and is based on weather and availability.

Tennis:

Available from Memorial Day Weekend to Columbus Day Weekend, weather permitting. Proper tennis attire required.

TENNIS COURT RENTAL (60 minute sessions) $25 per hour/per court

PRIVATE LESSON (50/80 minute sessions) $75/$100
A one-on-one lesson with a pro.

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSON (50/80 minute sessions) $45/$55
Two players with a pro.

HIT SESSION (50 minutes) $50
A one-on-one hitting session with a pro. (no instruction involved)

WEEKEND DRILL & PLAY SESSION (50 minutes) $25 per person
(Saturdays at 9am) For players of all levels looking for an invigoration morning of tennis. The format includes a 25-minute instructional drill followed by a 25-minute round robin.

With the exception of the Saturday’s Weekend Drill Session, all tennis offerings must be booked in advance. Pricing plus applicable gratuity, service charge and sales tax.

Fitness Classes:

Morning Walk, Meditation and FIT TIPS are complimentary. Reservations are required for all fitness offerings. Each fitness class accommodates all fitness levels. Weather permitting, they may be conducted outside.
