An Interactive Demonstration & Tasting
This class is designed to cover a broad range of food topics
and cooking techniques using foods high in nutrients that
combat stress and aging. Our approach is practical and easy
to understand, with a focus on flavor and enjoyment. Our
understanding is that nobody will eat food that doesn't taste
great, no matter how good it is for you. Delicious tasting
samples will be provided at the end of the class.
Participants will:
Learn to identify nutrient-dense foods.
See cooking techniques that enhance flavor
and concentrate nutrients.
Taste sample foods that flavorfully
illustrate the class theme.
Guests with allergies or special food preferences are welcome.
Substitutions can be fun & delicious, too!
