Overview:

Chef Daniel Chong-Jimenez presents foods high in nutrients to combat stress and aging. His approach is practical and easy to understand because the focus is on flavor and enjoyment. "Nobody will eat food that doesn’t taste great, no matter how good-for-you it is," says Chef Daniel. The class will cover a broad range of food topics and cooking techniques in addition to delicious sample tastings.

Participants will:

  • Learn to identify nutrient-dense foods.
  • See cooking techniques that enhance flavor and concentrate nutrients.
  • Taste sample foods that flavorfully illustrate the class theme

Note: Guests with allergies or special food preferences are welcome! Substitutions can be fun and delicious too!

$25.00 per person plus 19% service charge and 6% tax
