Taking Action Against Coronavirus

Dear Valued Guests,

The health and safety of our guests and team members has always been our most important consideration. Regardless of the circumstances, this is our top priority every day. As you know, the Coronavirus has become a widespread concern. I wanted to share with you personally our efforts to providing a safe and healthy environment for you, our team members and our community.

First, we are carefully monitoring the conditions presented by the US Centers for Disease Control, national experts on this subject, and our local authorities.

Second, throughout the property, we have added hand sanitation stations to our public areas. We have doubled our efforts in the disinfecting of door handles, elevator buttons, table-tops, chairs, and all other high-volume touch points. Through multiple channels we are reminding our team members and guests about frequent hand washing and have encouraged our team members to practice good hygiene.

Third, we are recommending that our team members stay home if they feel unwell. We also provide free onsite flu shots to all our staff annually. We are also encouraging guests who are ill to seek medical attention and to avoid public exposure as much as possible.

I hope that the additional steps we are taking, together with our daily focus on health and wellness, will give you the confidence that we are addressing this continually evolving situation. You have my commitment that we will continue to implement recommendations from health authorities providing you with peace of mind now and in the future.

Best Regards,

John O’Shaughnessy
