Mint Chocolate Cookie Martini
Ingredients:
Bailey’s Vanilla Mint Liqueur
Clear Crème de Cacao
Vanilla Vodka
Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (such as Oreos)
Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream
Directions:
Crush chocolate sandwich cookies in a blender.
Swirl chocolate syrup in a martini glass.
Rim Martini glass with chocolate syrup and then dip in crushed cookies.
Mix 2 oz. Bailey’s Vanilla Mint, 1 oz. clear crème de cacao and 1 oz vanilla vodka in a martini shaker over ice. Strain into rimmed martini glass. Add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle some cookie crumbs on the whipped cream. Serve and Enjoy!
