Available Now! Virtual Fitness classes by Wellbeats are available daily to all Overnight, Day Spa and à la Carte Guests in our yoga studio.  Advanced reservation is required.

The current virtual class schedule below will be in effect October 15, 2020.  Maximum of 5 people at a time in the yoga studio for 6ft social distancing. Effective Monday, 11/23 masks are required in the gym and fitness studio. Please call Reservations at 860-425-3500 for additional class information.

BODY COMPOSITION (25 minutes) $65
Learn the truth about the composition of your body via use of a tanita scale. Weight is not an indication of size. You’ll receive a true indicator of your inner health; muscle, body fat percentage, physique rating and more. Your trainer will review details with you.

ONE ON ONE WORKOUT (50 minutes) $75
Your Personal Trainer will guide you through a customized workout of your choice in the gym.

DUET SESSION WORKOUT (50 minutes) $125
Why not share a workout session with a partner? Great for family, friends or couples.

Pricing plus applicable gratuity, service charge and sales tax.

Private Sessions (temporarily unavailable):

You can fill your days with a number of wellness classes. Whether you have a special concern that needs focus or you just want to kick your work-out up a notch, we offer a full list of private attention training sessions. All easily scheduled and subject to an additional charge. Private sessions include but are not limited to Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga and more. You choose the session, we will do the rest!
