Group Classes:

Please be aware that our live fitness classes do reach a maximum capacity of 12 people per class.
Registration is required at least 24-hours in advance for all fitness classes. We cannot guarantee fitness classes booked within 24-hours.

All instructor-led classes have a $20.00++ fee.

When a live class is not in session, our guests are free to use our complimentary Virtual Fitness and choose any class they desire.
